What You’ll Do:

• Own the marketing strategy: Lead and execute a full-funnel marketing plan that will grow our user base, focusing on the media and gaming industries.
• Measure and Scale: Use a data-driven approach to set KPI’s, Track progress, and refine strategies for maximum impact.
• Embrace innovation: Integrate AI into our marketing approach, using it to optimize content creation, SEO, and campaign performance.
• Bring gaming to life: Identify customer segments/needs and develop campaigns that captivate relevant audiences–from casual viewers to dedicated gamers–leveraging our platform to provide innovative, interactive experiences.

What We’re Looking For:

• 6+ years of marketing experience with a deep understanding of media, gaming*,* and entertainment sectors.
• A data-driven mindset, with a proven ability to drive revenue and a knack for using insights to inform creative marketing strategies.
• Proven ability to build and lead marketing teams, with hands-on experience driving growth.
• Passion for emerging media, and exploring new marketing technologies.
• A startup mentality: You’re excited to take ownership and get things done in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.

Compensation:

• The salary range for this role is $180,000 - $230,000 per year, depending on experience. This role also includes equity options, health benefits, and PTO.
